Doesn't sound like the method I use, it shouldn't have anything to do with "Like 
this folder".

I am assuming you mean when you open the Windows folder, you have to click "Show 
Files" in the left pane, to view the other files etc.

OK do that and click on "Show Files".

Now you can see all the files in Windows.

Now on the toolbar in the Windows folder, select View, then un-check the "as Web 
Page" option.

The Windows folder will now show all files permanently, without having to click the 
"Show Files".

The "System" folder is the same, so open the System folder and click on "Show Files" 
and again on the System folder toolbar, click View and un-check the "as Web Page" 
option.

Thats it.
