These are the icons used when you open "Windows Explorer" or if you have a folder on your desktop. (Normally looks like a yellow manila folder) According to most computer geeks I talk to, the only way to change the "file folder" icons is to modify the registry, which I think one of the desktop themes I downloaded did.
