OK man. I have readen the note on Microsoft you have posted. I don't get it at all.
I don't have a MSNCoreFiles folder, neither a Msn6.ini file.
I am not saying it is an Evil Plot from MS to scan all our hard drives, but I'm sure
this program "loadqm.exe" is not an angel.
Any time I startup Windows it tries to connect me to "aycaramba.com.mx".
So, maybe it's not from MS or from the Military, but it connects you to an undesired
URL with God knows what intentions.
Anyway I disabled it from the startup, and will keep looking for a best answer to
the function of the program.
Anyone can do this with STARTUP MONITOR, (Freeware you can get here http://www.mlin.net/StartupMonitor.shtml
, very easy to use). Instead of deleting the program.
