I'm glad you have good luck with it. I know what it does. It cannot be set up to 
change icons of other applications such as jpeg, gif and bmp. It can be used to change 
the icons in a certain theme. I used it for 2 or 3 years and finally discovered that 
it was changing my jpeg,gif,bmp along with some script icons. I dumped it and no 
problems since. It is a good program and it is free, but it was too annoying for 
me.
