Take your mouse all the way to bottom of page and look for your cusor to turn in to a little arrow. Left click and hold down and drag back in place.
If that don't work follow instructions below.

1.Press CTRL + ESC or your Windows key to make Start appear.
2.Click Shutdown and restart the computer.
3.As the computer is restarting hold down Ctrl key untill menue comes up.
4.In this menu choose option start in Safe Mode..
5.Within Safe Mode you should now see the Start bar as it normally is. Click Start / Shutdown and restart the computer and once back in Windows your Start be back in its normal position.
