I got some fatal error message in my autoexec.bat and my laptop won't start in normal mode, but only in safe mode. I since did the following: 1-removed the software and applied the fixes recommended by Micro Solutions (backpack people). My cd burner is operational in safe mode!! 2-Defragged my drive 3-Used few tricks on the internet such as running clean utilities NOTHING WORKS!!
