I checked the line and its ok. Also checked the modem using Norton...It seems I lost my sound card? Do I need the sound card to communicate ?? Norton says my modem dialing ok?? I checked all the basics...but to no avail..I can use another comp with the same phone line and i can connect ok?? Any ideas? thanx again.
