However as with the video, they're still there. Right click the 'My Computer' icon on your desktop and then select 'Properties'. Now click the 'Device Manager' tab. Next in the devices listed double click Sound, video and game controllers. Now click the 'Refresh' button at the bottom of the window. Wait for it to finish, then do exactly the same thing with the Modem listing. If this doesn't work we'll need to do it as you did with the video drivers. Post back and let me know.
