Computer was previously visible on network

I have a question about Getting
Network Neighborhood to recognize newly attached computers:
I have a plain Windows network using 3 computers and a hub. What I mean by plain,
is that we've simply let Windows detect our network cards and automatically install
the TCP/IP protocol etc., then we just share folders and printers etc.
Network settings were changed on one computer when it was taken away to be used
on another LAN (don't know what they did to it yet), and it wouldn't work on our
LAN when we got it back.
We uninstalled everything under Network Properties, and re-installed the NIC (using
the original drivers), and basically made sure it had an identical network installation
to our other computers, even made sure all the settings were identical.
Now its like this; The 3 computers are called JUSTIN, BRENT, and CLINT. JUSTIN
is the one with the network problems. CLINT and BRENT's network settings haven't
changed before anything went wrong.
JUSTIN and CLINT can't see each other, but BRENT can see both computers fine. But
it seems JUSTIN still has problems connecting to BRENT for a network game.
My question is; how to just get JUSTIN's computer using plain windows network
settings, as if it was a fresh install (short of re-installing windows...)
