Open Explorer, go view->folder Options.. -> file types tab.
Scroll down to "File Folder", select it and press edit.
Click Change icon and browse to shell32.dll in the windows directory and the orginal
icon is in that.
Click ok 3 times and press F5 at exploer and all the folders should change. If they
don't then do the same for "Folder".
