You must not use trial and error in determining what should or shouldn't run at startup. Aside from checking the link you were provided, the things to leave checked are: Scan Registry, Systray, Load Power Profile (both), your AV and firewall, if you have one. (Load power profile is only necessary, if you're using power schemes)
