If you've changed your drive letters recently, that could be the problem. I had a similar problem when I used Partition Magic to repartition my hard drive. If that's the case, all you need to do is run the "Drive Mapper" and the drive letters will be referred properly. If this isn't what happened, sorry, I don't know what else to suggest
