JmC, Thanks for your helpful and detailed info about RNADMIN. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. Would you have any other suggestions? I am having the same problem: getting the "Notification Wnd for RNAdmin" when I close down. I did your first step and found a folder - but not a file - named rnadmin. Inside that folder is a file named rnsystem.dat. I then did your second and third steps. I did not find any mention of "rnadmin" or "rnsystem.dat" in either place. So, there was nothing to remove or uncheck. (I went through this whole thing twice - carefully - to make certain that I hadn't missed it.) I then tried for a normal shutdown but I still continue to get that message. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks a lot for any help.
