EASY solution to remove Network Neighborhood

In addition to what Dick said, simply remove the Client for MS Networks component 
in the Network applet. It's not needed at all.

No registry editing, or anything else is necessary. It's very simple! You don't have 
to go through a big deal. The Client components is what puts it there in the first 
place.
