Hi Jay, Look at the rear of the computer where the cables connect (monitor, mouse, keyboard etc.). Are there any jacks/connections listed as Speaker, Line In/Line Out? It may very well not have an audio card installed. If you find that type of connections on the rear, remove the cover and get the card information, it should be on the card. The drivers can be found on the net. JmC
