I am having the same problem, and the link you gave no longer works. I had the Clean Sweep trial version installed and then uninstalled it and it says I am also missing a system.INI file the cshook.vxd. I have uninstalled the folder titled Quaterdeck and yet it still shows up i need this file. SOMEONE HELP!!!..thanks :)
