The only line in your autoexec.bat is a comment, so it's not doing anything. You can delete that.

Config.sys is installing DOS memory managers, but I can't remember their exact purpose. Probably only useful when you boot to DOS. Rename the file (config.old or something like that) and just let it sit there. Then if needs be you can reclaim it.
