Hi,
I work in a computer shop as a PC Technician.
Just lately I have seen this "RNAdmin" notification problem on two customers PCs
(within the last fortnight - these weird problems always seem to come in pairs ;)).
They had been causing various problems such as the taskbar freezing up and not responding
(a CTRL-ALT-DELETE and kill off explorer.exe and it'd be fine again), printers not
printing from different programs, fatal exceptions, PCs not shutting down properly
(due to the RNAdmin error) and some other problems. I had run Ad-Aware over both
of these customers PCs, but it had failed to detect RNAdmin as spyware (mind you
that I wasn't at the very latest Ad-Aware signature anyway). However, once "Uninstalling"
the "Real Player" software (I think it was called "Real One") from the Add/Remove
programs list, everything was working perfectly again.
Maybe it'd be OK if it was reinstalled again, but uninstalling this "Real One" seems
to be the immediate solution.
Anyway, just thought I'd mention my experiences with it.. Hope it helps..
Thanks..
