I had the same problem with rnadmin, including slowing down my system and causing
a number of links to crash my computer. I could not find the file in any of my startup
menus, so having found it in Windows Explorer, I simply deleted rnsystem.dat on the
principle that I could always restore it, and lo and behold it cured everything!
My system is back to normal, in fact it seems to working faster than before, all
the links work properly again and the system closes down perfectly. I only have
the free Real Player downloaded from the internet, and that still seems to work perfectly
well. I don't know why this should solve the problem, but I'm grateful I was pointed
in the right direction.
