Yes! someone else has this problem. they seem to shift over by one icon each time
I reboot. re-arranging them the way I like is pointless. I too have like 25 items
and here's the wierdest part. there is ALWAYS ONE MISSING! it's like a torture
invented by some evil-doer. sometimes the desktop button is missing, sometimes it's
Paint Shop Pro, I have found no real hard set pattern. it's ridiculous.
