Question about 'Setting up Dial-Up Networking'

I have been trying to find out how to run multiple Dial-Up accounts. Quite simply, I want to have 2 shortcuts on the desktop that will dial 2 different ISP's (and maybe load different home pages). I can create the shortcuts but only one ISP is the default which leads to the user dialling the default rather than the second ISP.
