Thanks. I can see what you are saying but I guess this just stops the user dialling without thinking. What I'm trying to do is to make the user go straight to the ISP that is chosen from the desktop. For instance if I have 2 icons named "Free daytime calls" and "Free Evening Calls" I want the shortcut to go directly to the appropriate ISP. Any thoughts?
