You may have done the wrong thing with SpyBot. If you click every box, then SpyBot
will remove cookies (probably a good idea) and a host of other things. In my view
for SpyBot, remove the "Recommended" items only - SpyBot shows a lot of ideas (items
without a box ticked). Be sure of what you are doing when you tick one of those boxes.
