The advantage of start-run-"command" is the keyboard shortcut part of it -- Windows
key (or CTRL+Esc), "R", then type the command, which is also remembered by windows,
so usually 3 keystrokes, which is a lot faster in most cases than mousing it, or
even using a shortcut.
Me, I just assigned a hotkey to my dosprompt, but hey.
