You can open Add/Remove Programs in 'Control Panel' and uninstall Real Player, or; Select START/RUN, type MSCONFIG in the 'Open' box and press enter. Next click the 'Startup' tab and look through the list for an entry similar to RNAdmin. Uncheck the selection if found. Next click 'Apply' and reboot when prompted.
