You must modify the following key in your registry.
Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]
Name: MenuShowDelay
Type: REG_SZ (String Value)
Value: 0-999 (milliseconds)
The value of this key determines the time Windows (intensionally) delay before displaying
new menus, so if you set this value
equal to zero, acess to every menu displayed by Windows will be instant.
