Error Messages On Start-Up

When I turn on a computer at my company it boots up to the background picture I have
on my desktop then an error displays with rtvscn95 in the message title. The message
says "This program performed an illegal operation and will be shut down". In the
details button it says "rtvscn95 caused an invalid page fault in module WSOCK32.dll
at 0177:788lbba9. It then goes on to list a bunch of numbers with Registers:,Bytes
at cs:eip, and stack dump.
There is also one that comes up with rpcss in the title and details says it's an
invalid page fault in module KERNAL32.dll and it will also say WSOCK32.dll in another
error message. I tried shutting down and booting a couple of times to see if the
messages were always the same and I got one that said something about the RealPlayer.
When I clicked CLOSE on the error messages I could get to my desktop. I disabled
the realplayer icons in my tray (near clock) and now it boots up with errors and
I can't get to my desktop anymore. When I press Ctrl, Alt, Delete the only programs
showing say ati2evae and msgsrv32(not responding). This computer is actually the
company presidents and I am not sure if he just downloaded anything from the internet
that would have caused this. He is not here at this time so I can't ask him. Has
anyone seen this before that could help me fix it? Thank's to anyone who can.
