Ray:  some data on this type of error that might help;

Rundll32 loads and runs 32-bit DLLs. If you pass the wrong type of DLL to Rundll
or Rundll32, it may fail to run without indicating any error messages.

the more common reasons for "Invalid Page Fault" messages are memory issues, such
as:

an improper attempt to use random access memory.

attempts to load data from virtual memory that it can not locate. Often occuring
when areas of the virtual memory become corrupted.

the virtual memory becomes unstable due to shortage of RAM.

the virtual memory becomes unstable due to shortage of hard drive space.

the virtual memory has been corrupted by a program.

the program is attempting to access data which is being modified by another program
which is running at the same time.

my read on your problem is that Win98 is not happy with your webcam software;
try for an update at the maker's web site.

let us know what worked for you...
