Thanks for your quick response. The install I did was over the top of the last one. I re-installed the DUN as you suggested but didn't resolve. Also, I haven't checked the modem driver. It says that the modem is working fine in the config, but will be just as well to download it and re-install again. Thanks for your help Paul
