Email running very slow. Thursday, November 28, 2002 at 4:20 am Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Gary (95 messages posted) I am having trouble with receiving email. When it was working fine I would do a test by sending myself email. After sending it I would hit the send and receive button up on the tool bar and come back to me as soon as I hit the button. Called the server and told me nothing was wrong on their end after checking my configurations on my computer. Also having problems with normal than slow downloads on the internet. Alot of times getting an error message saying ( Cannot display page, check your browser settings) but most of the time can get through after trying a number of times. Very annoying. Can anyone help?
