Start->Run
Type in MSCONFIG in the box and press OK.
Go to Startup tab and let us know what boxes are checked to run on start up.
You can try disabling them all - uncheck - except Explorer and Systray, reboot and
see if the problem has gone away. If it has, then re-enable them one at a time and
reboot and repeat until you find which program is causing teh problem.
