For some time it had moved to the top of the screen and I had difficulty trying to drag it to the base.It allowed me to drag it half way down the screen but the top line remained attached to the top of the screen. I was thinking that perhaps I had somehow corrupted the Internet Explorer 5 that was installed, but eventually I did manage to reinstate at the base of the screen. Unfortunately, the Taskbar disappears when I connect to the Internet when viewing a Webpage. I have now downloaded IE 6 from Microsoft which unfortunately has'nt solved the problem.
