Hi, Maria

Can't you simply exit(close) the MSNetwork dialog window if that kicks in when you
fire up Explorer? (There may even be a lower left checkbox in the window to disable
future window activation.) That's usually an easily defeatable marketing gambit to
grab another MSnet customer, but you shouldn't have to go along with it. To be forced
to join in order to fire up Explorer would defy credulity.
