Good evening, The best way to find out is… to open the computer and check out what sound card is installed. Buy, I believe that some Compaq Presario computers (if not all) have an on-board audio chip, manufactured by Intel (eg. 82801BA/BAM). If this is the correct chip, the drivers (there are a few of them) should be easy to find. Hope this helps.
