We too have Optiplex GXi P200MMXs & the Windows Protection Error. I was able to
fix this issue last year and it have crept in again over a week ago. I can't remember
how i fixed it as i was just exhausted with hours or re-configuring.
Mine is due to a D-Link NIC required by my ISO for DSL Service...
Once TCP/IP is loaded it bombs on reboot.
