yes, i can ping isp,and even download when i installed aol to see if the isp was fowling up, sure enough i could download the aol upgrades(by the way i really dont like aol but it works good for troubleshooting dial up settings,)but i wasnt able to go too webpages even from the aol browser. i could see the pagers provided on the aol homepage and some of the links
