If you go into the control panel and open add/remove programs, yu should be able
to remove almost everything.
Only remove things you know you can. Delete all that u don't use.
As for speeding up the defrag, all you can do is do it more often, that keeps it
updated and faster. Defrag speeds up you're computer by moving files
that you use often in you're system to the front of the computer. It can even cause
you're defrag to go faster the more often u use it. I myself defrag every other
day,
just as all hardcore gamers should!
