robert:  that's a tough one, "mxpre" was not on the web sites i rely on; there was 
only a hint on one search that mxpre may have something to do with:

Fantasy Motocross League 

try a Run: msconfig
and check the Startup tab and see if any "suspects" need to be unchecked.

let us know what you find...
