Hi, Yeah, my modem and everything checked out. Spent weeks in what the heck is going on here land. After days and hours on phone with ISP techs found one who was a hacker and got me on line with a string. Was able to download a modem fix from the manufactureres sight. There is a wealth of free info on this subject at "modemsite.com". You might want to check it out. drake
