I am so glad to hear these suggestions. They sound just like my problem. I don't
know why it occurred now, as I have had Realplayer installed for many months (and
not used it). I have the RNAdmin problem, shutdown freezes, slow, sluggish typing,
CD start problems, and Control Panel opening delays as well as task bar freeze ups.
Quite a frustration to do anything on the computer. I already removed Realplayer,
and I will now log off to see if it worked. If not, I will try some of the other
Suggestions. Thanks so much everyone.
