Thanks and congratulations go to you guys, and boo to Real. I too had the message regarding "RNAdmin" on shutting down, and a whole host of other symptoms. Like someone on this forum said, it started for no reason several months after installing RealOne. Symptoms included not recognising printer port, and not shutting down. Most importantly, it also seemed to muck up DirectX communicating with my graphics card (Radeon), and not recognising Direct3D, so I couldn't play any of my Christmas presents! I had already spent all day updating DirectX, reinstalling my graphics drivers etc to no avail (not good for my Chirstmas holidays and almost causing terrible rows with my girlfriend!). **Final solution was to delete "RNSystem.dat" and uncheck any references to any Real products using MSConfig (type "MSConfig" after pressing Start Menu/Run).** So far this has solved all of the problems. I haven't tried running RealOne since, and to be quite honest, I'm not sure that I want anything to do with them again. Happy new year.
