I contacted HP Compaq and was given a solution which did not work and advised I could purchase software. Instead, I followed suggestion posted by Tom on 12/18/02: Start,Run and type C:\CPQS\QUICKSR\QRIA.EXE 151580-00D-001. It worked like a charm.
