I was having similar problems, and have been working with a Microsoft tech trying all kinds of things to solve my problem. It didn't work for me to just uncheck the file under msconfig, I had to completely uninstall RealPlayer. I had to manually delete some of the files, also, for the problems to go away, but after everything was cleaned up, my system works. My problems started mostly though, after the latest downloaded update to Windows. Anyone else have that?
