Look for the file by clicking on the start find command and search the entire c drive. Delete all files named zmlparse.dll or whatever the file name it lists. Next look in the system.ini folder and delete any entries of this file (or place an rem in front of the line this will comment out that line and the next time it is read byu the operating system it will ignore it) last go into the registry and search the registry for the file name and delete all entries. This should be enough to resolve the issue.
