Go to control panel and click on system folder and
from there click device manager tab, Find your cd
and select it and check properties, You can try to fix by
refreshing driver. If this dosen't fix it come back to
device manager and remove the cdrom
and close out and reboot and the system should find new hardware(your cdrom).
