Wednesday, January 29, 2003 at 2:22 am Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Stephen King (3 messages posted) I have a question about How do I stop a program from running whenever I start Windows?: I have removed ICQ from the start up menu but am unable to find MSN Messenger. They both drag up the internet connection window, and both load up upon conecting to the internet which is annoying for everyone else using the computer.
