My computer has been freezing, hanging, crashing, lost all my sound, you name it I have had the problem. Until I read these articles I never would have thought Real One Player could cause so many problems. I remember this all started when my son was staying with us and he added all these extra programs to my computer. I found Real One thru my add/delete programs and deleted and Ole' it was fixed. I am so grateful for these discussion forums. It saved me a lot of money and a C drive reformat. Thank you very much. If you have any other advise please email me.
