Thanks Jeremy for your suggestions. I am not sure if I followed exactly what you
suggested to create a boot log file for I didn't find 'Create Bootlog' option. However,
I installed Boot Log Analyser and clicked 'start' button when in 'Safe Mode' and
saved *.txt files it created. Please advise as to how to move forward from this
point. I will be happy to send the text file I created from BLA if it helps. Please
