Try these fixes in order........
  • Repair Internet Explorer: Select START\RUN, type MSINFO32 in the 'Open' box and press enter. From the 'TOOLS' menu select 'Internet Explorer Repair Tool'. Then from the next menu select the repair option.
  • Enter the following command from the START\RUN box and press 'ENTER'. You will be prompted if the command was successful. regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
  • If the repair and registering the dll doesn't resolve the problem, run this Microsoft MCREPAIR patch. The patch will install older versions of files that are compatible with Win98. Answer YES when prompted to replace the files.
