Running SpyBot on your system would be a good idea. SpyBot 

Then check the following possibility.

Select START/RUN, type MSCONFIG in the 'Open' box and press enter. When SCU 
opens, click the 'System.ini' tab. Next expand the boot entry at the top of 
the list. Look at the line shell=Explorer.exe...... If the line shows as 
shell=Explorer.exe openme.exe, highlight the entry and click the 'Edit' button. 
Now edit the line to read shell=Explorer.exe, click 'Apply' then 'OK' and 
reboot when prompted.  

         
For every computer problem, there is a neat, 
simple solution; and it is not always correct.
